Performing an analysis of the existing situation and mapping gaps compared to the business requirements
Translation of business requirements into detailed technical characterization documents that include going down to details: High level design and Detailed design
Accompanying the development and testing teams
Comprehensive and clear reporting ability
Responding to internal and external customers
Willingness/flexibility to work at unusual hours sometimes
Requirements :
3 years and more experience in analyzing systems - banking and/or organizational systems
Experience in analyzing banking systems - an advantage
Knowledge and experience working with Oracle, SQL databases
Experience in software/system development in the financial field - an advantage
Understanding of banking processes, including integration between systems - an advantage
Ability to investigate processes and perform reverse engineering
Agile project management experience in the JIRA tool
Systemic vision and process understanding
Good interpersonal communication and ability to motivate employees in matrix management
Independence, big head, ability to execute and close tasks, ability to learn quickly new areas
